It's an interesting coincidence that Enron's Jeff Skilling and Ken Lay are just now on trial in Houston for the misdeeds committed while leading Enron.
At the same time, Bush's approval rating is at 33%, an all-time low. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and the other neocons always considered themselves "the smartest guys in the room"
