U.S. Said to Open Criminal Inquiry Into Goldman

This comes on top of the civil suit by the SEC. I'm all for punishing Goldman Sachs for its misdeeds but a bit wary. Convictions? Civil lawsuits? Goldman Sachs failing? Then, bail-out?
