Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have promised to balance the Federal Budget without providing details on how. Also, they promise to reform the tax code by reducing the tax ratess, offset by closing loophole. But they refuse to name any loophole that they would close. Presumably, we would get this crucial information after their election.

But if (when) they lose, will they tell us what they would have done?
