"Banks Find More Wrongful Disclosures

It gets worse. The New York Times is reporting that the biggest banks—Citi, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America—wrongfully foreclosed on more than 700 members of the military, seizing their homes despite those members’ being up to date on mortgage payments. While in the past, banks acknowledged using faulty documents to push through foreclosures, they had previously argued that nobody was mistakenly evicted."

And Elizabeth Warren, and all of us, are still waiting for the government to subject any bankers and other corporate wrongdoer to a trial.
