Creationism

Creationists Lead Texas Textbook Panel

"— One is a nutritionist who believes “creation science” based on biblical principles should be taught in the classroom...."

Leaving aside the damage done by misleading schoolchildren, let me point out the "creation science" is a huge oxymoron.  "Science  ... is a systematic enterprise that builds and organizes knowledge in the form of testable explanations..."     Creationism is the religious belief that life, the Earth, and the universe are the creation of a supernatural being."

These are obviously incompatible. It is fine that man can invent and believe in a higher, supreme power; but just don't call it a science.
