No Charges by Grand Jury; Crowds Confront Police

The police officer should be tried but may be guilty only of terribly bad judgment. The real villain here is the prosecutor, who had a clear conflict of interest . He sabotaged  the regular grand jury process and prevented a public trial into this tragic event. The prosecutor should have recused himself. The second place villain is the governor, who failed to remove this guy and appoint a special prosecutor.

  • Here, Here. Right on target Homer. There is enough evidence of bad judgement being spread around like bread crumbs on a wilderness trail to support feelings of contempt for many.
    Happy Thanksgiving.
