Telemarketing

I, and the members of my R&;D team, have been fed up  with those annoying sales, political and other solicitation calls that come at all hours, often at mealtimes. So we have been developing a device to stop or discourage them. Tentatively named the RetroHit, it works this way: if a human calls, it sends a charged signal back that will deafen that person for 3 hours; if it's a computer, it will be disabled  for 3 days.
    We know that there will be much interest, but we have not yet determined price and availability.
