Debt Ceiling Solution

Since we're not going to mint platinum coins to solve this debt crisis another solution should be considered:  Sue Congress. It works like this: Congress enacted laws ordering the executive to take action, say build an aircraft carrier. So we owe Jones Shipyard $4.3 m. Congress is  preventing the payment of this debt.

This is interference with the performance of a contract. And not just any contract but one mandated by Congress. So, sue those members who vote against raising the debt ceiling.

Surely won't work, but it would be fun to try.
