Voter IDs

The changes require voter IDs, curb early voting, and impose other restrictions but to prevail the Dept. must prove intention to discriminate against certain groups.

How do this when politicians publicly claim voter fraud prevention? Simple, their private phone calls and e-mails would reveal their true intent. So just go over to NSA and get them.
