Stars Sue Organizers of Women’s World Cup Over Use of Turf

The players argue that plans to play next summer’s Women’s World Cup in Canada on artificial turf amount to sex discrimination under Ontario law.

Surely, the women should win. But FIFA may try to settle by offering to have the men play on turf in  Canada if the women will play on grass in Qatar in the summer.
