3D Printers

3D  printers can make guns that are just as lethal as those from gun manufacturers. Anyone can own one.
  Although this circumvents gun laws, it does not make a huge difference in the US because of the excessive number of guns here. But in countries with few guns and strict guns laws, it could provide a fairly easy way for bad people to get a weapon.
