Sepp Blatter has served 4 terms as president of FIFA. All this time, he has been surrounded by rampant corruption. So, oblivious? Not possible. Unsurprisingly, he has not done the honorable thing by resigning, opting instead to run for a 5th term.
Obviously, he should not be elected for a 5th term.

The Daily Beast: "After five of the biggest banks in the world pleaded guilty to criminal
charges—and not a single person will face jail time for those
crimes—it’s time to admit Martha Stewart should’ve never served time in
prison at all."
Not sure if she should have been let off, but it is clear the the Justice Department was derelict in its duties. It let the banks just pay settlement fines with shareholder money while the criminal executives went scott free. So much for a real deterrent!
