What happened to the president who knew what to say and how to say it?  President Obama had better get his thoughts and act together and give a sensible and stirring speech for the American people and the world.

ISIL

"President Obama said Monday that deploying ground troops against ISIS would be a mistake."

That is a dumb thing for him to say when, in light of Paris attacks, we are expected to review our  strategy and increase efforts to destroy ISIS. It is likely that there must be ground troops (a US-led coalition)in order to take back its territory and destroy its core.
