Justice is blind

Justice is Blind
The Supreme Court just heard arguments in the case of a Texas law requiring abortion clinics meet surgical standards and physicians there be admitted to local hospitals. It will be deciding if this places the prohibited "undue burden" on woman's constitutional right to an abortion. It clearly does. Putting aside the fact that it has caused most clinics to close, it seems to me that any burden, including ultrasounds, that does not have a medical justification is, on its face, "undue"

The same reasoning should apply to voter ID and similar laws. They should be invalidated since the "reasons" are spurious.
